Posterior Direct And Indirect Restorations In All Aspects
Bu kursa ait aktif tarih bulunamadı.
On the first day, the course will begin with the biomimetic and biomimetic principles that form the foundations of restorative dentistry. Then, how the crack mechanism develops in the teeth will be examined. In the light of this information, in which cases direct restorations and in which indirect restorations should be performed will be discussed with sample cases. Bleeding control, retraction and deep margin elevation methods, which are critically important before preparation, will be discussed. In the last session in the afternoon, after the preparation protocol for onlay and overlay restorations is explained, onlay and overlay preparations will be made on the lower first molar teeth.
On the second day, it will start with digital and conventional impression techniques in adhesive restorations. Afterwards, the restorative material selection criteria will be discussed in indirect restorations of the posterior region. In the last session before noon, what type of cements should be used for bonding glass ceramic restorations will be explained and a workshop will be held on the bonding protocol. In the first session in the afternoon, the factors to be considered in occlusion control and the polishing and finishing of all-ceramic restorations after adjustment will be explained. Afterwards, intraoral porcelain repair techniques will be emphasized. In the last session of the second day, the workflow in quadrant dentistry and the tricks of using rubber covers in this workflow will be discussed.
On the third day, We will start with advanced methods in the diagnosis of caries and caries removal techniques without exposing the pulp in vital teeth. In the second session before the afternoon, the cavity preparation techniques in direct restorations, the brakes used and the selection of the matrix system according to the case will be discussed in the light of clinical examples. Afterwards, participants will make a class II preparation in a molar and premolar tooth side by side and experience the application methods of different matrix systems. Finally, the protocol for restoring class II restorations step by step will be discussed, accompanied by clinical cases.
The afternoon session will focus on current restorative materials and their application areas, and then information will be given about the advantages-disadvantages and indications of posterior restoration and different layering techniques. Afterwards, different layering techniques will be applied on the previously opened cavity preparations. In the afternoon, the techniques of restoring canal treated and severely damaged teeth with direct composite onlays and overlays will be discussed. The final session in the afternoon will focus on the finishing and polishing protocol of direct restorations.
